14-Day Free Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, free of charge. This policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition
  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
  • Hygiene-sealed items (e.g. opened pillows or mattress protectors) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty

How to Return — 4 Steps

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorisation (RMA) number and shipping label / instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.
  4. Ship the parcel; we'll inspect it within 3 business days of receipt and confirm the refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The refund is issued to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
  • For free-shipping orders refunded in part, the original shipping subsidy is deducted only if the remaining order falls below the free-shipping threshold.
  • EU customers have the right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive — see withdrawal form.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size, color, or product of equal value. To initiate an exchange, please email [email protected] with your order number and the desired replacement.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Defective / wrong item / our error: We pay return shipping.
  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping (typically €5–€15 within EU).
